Registration For Volunteers Teachers/Tutors and Angels.
Please note all volunteers are responsible to apply and complete any renewal of your Working with Children Blue Card.

PLEASE READ FIRST:


1/ COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM “CAREFULLY”

1.1 When you complete the registration form, complete as many answers as you can.

1.2 ANY questions in RED are compulsory to answer (ie. email, username & pw)
IF you don’t complete ANY of those 3 boxes your registration form WILL NOT register with us and we will not be aware you have even attempted.

1.3 When you have completed all the answers you intend to, please check over the form ONE more time, before submitting it.

1.4 When you SUBMIT your registration, it can take up to 10 seconds to process, do not move away from that screen until it has submitted and it says “You have successfully registered”.

1.5 However, if you receive a warning when you SUBMIT saying “You have an invalid answer” or a message to that effect, then you need to go through your answers you gave, find the error, fix the error, and then go CHECK ALL OTHER boxes are still completed correctly (as some may have been deleted on the first registration attempt) and ONLY THEN click SUBMIT again

1.6 When you register correctly you should receive an email from us immediately to your email you registered with, with your username and PW for your records.
If you don’t get this CONFIRMATION EMAIL, the reality is your registration may not have gone through properly. Please go check your login and PW work correctly on the website and keep a note of your USERNAME and PW manually.

If your log in details don’t work, it may mean your registration did not go through properly and you should contact us to confirm either way.


2/ WHY CAN’T I LOG IN AFTER REGISTRATION 

If you go the login page, and enter your username and PW you set up, and it doesn’t work, it can mean one of two things:
a) You didn’t register properly; or
b) You have spelled something wrong.

If you try to login, and it doesn’t work, the first thing you should do is a request for a LOST PASSWORD on the login page.

If you request a lost password using your registered email, but it says there is no such email registered, this means your registration did not go through for some reason and you will have to re-register again from scratch.

IF your form was NOT submitted correctly, this means you are NOT registered, and you will have to re-register from scratch on the relevant registration page again with the registration form.

3/ LOGGING INTO THE WEBSITE AFTER SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION

IF you DO complete the form properly, you will be able to log in straight away with your username and PW you set up on your registration form.

Remember after successfully registering you can immediately log into our website dashboard and add any more information to your registration data, upload documents etc, or update it, edit, delete etc.

When you log in you will be able to see your registration details, but that is all there is to see, and you can ONLY see your own – we do not let anyone else see your data except the AHVISE coordinators and staff.

4/ I FORGOT MY PASSWORD OR USERNAME

If you forget your password or username simply go to the LOGIN page on this website and click on LOST PASSWORD and enter your registered email address. It will email you out both your username and a link to reset your PW.

If that doesn’t work, and it says it does not recognise your email, then you have either spelled it wrong, or not registered successfully.

5/ I’M TRYING TO RE-REGISTER BUT IT SAYS MY DETAILS ARE ALREADY IN USE

If you try to re-register, and it says your username or email address are already in use, you should first try a LOST PASSWORD attempt with your email, and see if anything is sent out to your email. If not, then simply re-register with your email, and you should use a different username.

6/ I’M STILL HAVING PROBLEMS!!!

Don’t worry, anything can be worked out. You can contact us direct via our contact form on the contact page of our website. One of our staff or a web developer will contact you direct to help you get things sorted out asap!

Remember, we are a volunteer program, everyone is donating their time, energy and value at no cost to the families they support, so please be patient, and persistent if things don’t work the first time, because we are all working on this project to help our Bush Kids!  Thank you!
